One of Asia’s luxury skincare lines is on a mission to further expand its brand. SK-II held a weekend pop-up event on December 10, 2016 at the Santa Anita’s Macys. This event gave users a first hand look at the SK-II Beauty Imaging System, demos from National Brand Ambassador Steve Jan, and a meet and greet with well-known Beauty and Fashion Influencer, Sophia Chang.

At the event, attendees got the chance to use the state of the art Beauty Imaging System to measure the five dimensions of their skin which include, texture, radiance, even skin tone, wrinkle resilience and firmness. As passerby’s trickled in to get their free consultations and skincare recommendations, Steve Jan took to the stage to give demos on how to properly use SK-II products.

With the holidays right around the corner, SK-II featured their special holiday edition Suminagashi Facial Treatment bottles. Suminagashi, or ‘floating ink’, is a Japanese art style that is beautifully crafted and inspired by traditional Japanese marbling.

Starting her YouTube account back in 2009, Sophia’s channel has since grown in popularity garnering a following of over 668k. With makeup tutorials and lifestyle/fashion vlogs, Sophia continues to create relevant content for her viewers.
